Emsisoft Sri Lanka Refund Policy
If we fail to offer our support services within 5 business days Emsisoft Sri Lanka will refund the total cost (the amount we charged) for your order, provided the customer provides the complete data and verification information required. Refund will not apply if the user provides incorrect information or avoids providing the information needed to complete the profile.
In the following conditions, Emsisoft Sri Lanka will refund your order after a 10 percent deduction from transaction charges:
Emsisoft Sri Lanka reserves the right, to refuse, suspend, edit or remove a profile even after submission of the necessary verification documents by the user, if we conclude, in our opinion, that such measures would improve the quality of the website. In such situations, we will include a refund after a 10% transaction fee has been deducted where Emsisoft Sri Lanka is unable to authorize your profile or manage your profile on our website.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we will not be providing a refund under the following circumstances:
Emsisoft Sri Lanka neither guarantees introductions nor deal closures and we do not issue refunds for same. If you have any issues with regard to license keys we provide we recommend you to use our customer support so we have an opportunity to resolve. Our support email is support@emsisoft.lk.
Emsisoft Sri Lanka will also not offer any refunds if the user changes his mind or does not use his profile or does not provide evidence of verification to support his claims.
In our opinion, Emsisoft Sri Lanka can terminate an account if we believe that the user is in some way abusing Emsisoft Sri Lanka, knowingly providing false information, or has previously failed to pay any charge to Emsisoft Sri Lanka. In such a case, Emsisoft Sri Lanka shall be entitled to keep all the damages paid to the user, and the user shall not be entitled to request refund thereof.
If you are entitled for a refund based on the terms above, please follow the procedure below to submit a refund request:
All refund request must be submitted by e-mail to support@emsisoft.lk from the registered e-mail address of the user. Please mention the invoice number, date of payment, amount and reason for the request for a refund. We will review the case in 5 business days, and issue a refund as per our refund policy, if applicable. Once it is approved from our end it can take a period of 5-15 days for the credit to reflect in your card or account, depending on the payment method.
